2021 Global Manufacturing TraineeProgram

The Kraft HeinzGlobal Manufacturing Trainee Program is a functionalprogram for graduates seeking an exciting leadership or technicalcareer in Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering orQuality.

Starting from September 2021 in ourAlfaro manufacturing site, you will be on an initial 12-monthprogram as part of an International cohort. You will broaden youroverall knowledge of how a multinational food company operates,with the 12-month programincluding:

• Intensive, hands-ononboarding focused on our Operations and Supply Chain functions,complemented by a Commercial bootcamp focused on Marketing, Salesand Category.
• Training in Lean Six SigmaMethodology, Kraft Heinz Manufacturing Excellence Program and arange of other foundational businesstrainings
• A factory Team Leader assignment,where you will develop a deep understanding of our manufacturingprocesses while also strengthening your leadershipskills
• A site-based efficiency/productivityimprovement business project where you can apply your learnings tocreate real businessimpact.

Following graduation and afinal project presentation, you will transition into your firstrole to set you on an Operations Management or Technical Expertisepath at one of our factories.

What we’re lookingfor

• Bachelor of master’sdegree completed in 2019 or 2020 – Engineering, Science &Supply Chain are advantageous, however this program is open tograduates from any discipline
• Full workingrights in Europe
• Willingness to move acrossfunctional areas and relocate to differentcountries
• Strong extra-curricular achievementsthat reflect a proactive attitude andownership
• Passionate about being challengeddaily and ready to constantly learn, develop andgrow
