Lo que vas a hacer
What You Will Do:
Provide recruiting support to the Talent Acquisition team including:
- Screen talent pools and confirm basic qualifications, skill set, interest, job fit, salary requirements, career pipeline, etc.
- Develop internal and external networks to support passive sourcing efforts
- Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, network alignment, and capability to the organization
- Identify target industries, companies, user groups, professional associations or educational institutions to proactively create a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Prepare and implement strategies using multiple techniques including online database, employee referrals, internal databases, associate networks, etc.
- Promote the Ecolab brand to build and maintain a reputation as an Employer of Choice
- Assist with other recruitment tasks as needed

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, or other related areas.
- Excellent English and Spanish. Another European language is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships
- Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize tasks and responsibilities, effective time management.
