Lo que vas a hacer
Responsibilities:
We are looking for native Spanish speakers to strengthen our team. As a member of the DEGIRO team you will be responsible for providing client support across phone, email, and social media. This includes resolving trade disputes, conducting audit checks, and performing client administration tasks. In this role you will also give support to PR and Marketing activities. The ideal candidate has affinity with the financial markets, strong interpersonal skills and is seeking work in a challenging international environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or any other relevant field
- Native Spanish speaker
- 0 – 2 years of experience
- Good understanding of financial products and affinity with the financial markets
- An entrepreneurial mind-set
- You are an energetic team player with excellent communication skills
- You are willing to move to Sofia, Bulgaria.
- Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule (weekdays and Saturdays)
