Partners with markets leaders, business owners and other hey stakeholders to identify existing operational efficiencies and new business opportunities, including market development, investment prioritization and other growth strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develops 4Ps multi-RTM growth strategies for SMB Customer segment & balances short term with long term strategies and resource investment.
  • Initiate and set goals for the Global SMB segment program according to hp strategic objectives
  • Plan the SMB program from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones and processes
  • Devise evaluation strategies to monitor SMB segment performance and determine the need for improvements
  • Supervise all initiatives associated to the SMB GTM and lead the Central and Markets SMB program team.
  • Provides strategic advice to leadership team regarding the SMB GTM strategy and business plan
  • Builds financially sound, executable, data-driven business strategies that improve HP profitable growth and SoW.
  • Drives operational efficiency initiatives that improve HP profitability withing the SMB Segment
  • Applies financial rigor and acumen to all SMB initiatives
  • Provides business rational and risk assessment for making HP investments in their area of focus.
  • Provides innovative thought leadership and creates a performance driven culture that ensures HP success in the SMB market
  • Provides strong leadership, develops and sets individual and departmental team performance goals and manages/drives change.
  • Education and Experience Required

  • Proven experience as business program leader or other similar leadership role
  • Strategic Planning & Implementation solid experience
  • Thorough understanding of business program management techniques and methods
  • Solid financial acumen and excellent knowledge of performance evaluation metrics
  • Business acumen with strategic mindset
  • Vertical Industry acumen - SMB Market dynamics, competition landscape & buying behaviours
  • An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organization and leadership skills. Leadership to lead effectively in a complex environment, and deliver results; Able to influence and drive team performance to world class
