Senior Application Developer You will be our go-to person for applying scrum to produce high-quality work and help create self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints
Qualifications — – 8+ years of experience in software development (Java, .NET etc..,) with 3+ years of Experience in a scrum master role– Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)– Ability to coordinate people and projects (occasionally facilitating changes) with your mind set on deliverables.– Experience in Microservices, OOD, design patterns, and programming principles.– Strong communicator, a capable leader and you’re invested in Agile frameworks.– Proficiency in Databases of Oracle and Mongo with sound expertise in SQL.– Excellent communication and servant leadership skills in English– In depth knowledge of distributed systems and concepts.– Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3 and Angular framework.– Outstanding organizational skills– Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field– Scrum master certification is a plus
Responsibilities: – Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups– Resolving issues that hinder the teams’ work – Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration– Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)– Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests– Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
