We are the 100% digital bank of the Santander Group and we are currently undergoing a technological transformation and international expansion. In 2016 the re-launch of the Bank began and since then we have been in continuous expansion and growth, especially in our technological side. We work in a start-up format, using agile methodologies to take our clients' experience to the next level. In 2019 we launched the Bank in the Netherlands, Germany, Portugal and Argentina, with others to follow.

We are a flexible and fast adapting team that currently works remotely most of the time using all kinds of communication tools, we haven´t noticed the change!
Mission and responsibilities:
The main tasks of this position will be the following:
Brand supervisor. Creation, management and control of our Welcome Pack for clients from our different countries. Brand tracking. Review the implementation of the brand in the different advertising and sponsorship channels. Implementation of all corporate frameworks with our compliance department. Support in the development and execution of the affinity tribes campaigns. Analysis, negotiation and supervision of the brand with the different partners. Support in the development of the different sponsorships. Coordination, management and production of sponsorship activations, ticketing and hospitality management. Support in ATL campaigns. Coordination with the media, execution of campaigns, monitoring and analysis results.
