Manager of a Risk & Compliance Quality teamWe are looking for a Manager of a global Risk & Compliance (R&C) Quality team of 8 Quality Analysts. The team is embedded with the various Risk & Compliance research teams to create, maintain and oversee quality standards. The team is also responsible for providing feedback and guidance to ensure process adherence focusing on post- product quality management.
As Manager of the team you will inspire innovation, introduce quality best practices, manage workload distribution and develop relationships across all leadership levels.
You will report to the Director, Standards & Quality.
You Will
Lead a global team of Quality Analysts and inspire and develop your team to maximize their potential
Provide clear and timely feedback to team members on their performance
Maintain the big picture perspective as you deal with daily work priorities to help reinforce the tasks that are important and subsequently refocus attention on the broader team/organization goals
Ensure your team understands customer needs and requirements to maintain effective quality processes
Work with other peers in Quality department to ensure best-practices are shared, applied and adopted globally
Establish and maintain relationships with R&C research teams to provide direction and guidance of quality standards while successfully identifying, communicating, and correcting deviations
Coordinate project assignments, provide visibility into project status and mitigate its risks to ensure timely delivery
Oversee definition, measurement and reporting of relevant Quality Control Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Handle multiple high priority tasks and work in collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure task completion
You Have
Fluency in written and spoken English
Knowledge of R&C research team operations and processes
Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving
Capability to support and convey change
An openness to different views and opinions and appreciation of team diversity
Preferred
Prior people management experience
Education to degree level
