Based in one of our top 5 markets in Europe (France, Germany, UK, Spain, Italy), we are looking for a:
Launch Coordinator
Role:
Working in close collaboration with the VP Launch & Commercial Excellence, the launch coordinator will play a key role working to support the launch planning and management efforts across the different functions and geographies.
Accountabilities:
Provide launch support in collaboration with products launch teams Facilitate launch team meetings Support launch plan creation- contingency plans and updating plans. Prepare and present launch status reports and executive presentations Provide bi-monthly launch project management for launch teams including managing and updating launch tools. Drive and frame the agenda for meetings with the regions ( SVP and his management team) Identifies, assesses and mitigates risks, anticipates bottlenecks, and works with leadership to ensure timely resolution Help to the decision, prioritize deliverables, balancing speed and accuracy Coordinate, execute, and facilitate actions under tight deadlines with ease. Required Experience & Competences:
Strong project management experience and operational experience, at least 3-5 years in the pharmaceutical industry with a commercial background. Excels at multi-tasking, demonstrates persistent attention to detail, has strong organization skills, and communicates effectively. Thrives working in a dynamic ever-changing ambiguous environment. Proactive team-player with a can-do attitude and a deep sense of ownership and accountability.
