We are the 100% digital bank of the Santander Group and we are currently undergoing a technological transformation and international expansion. In 2017 the re-launch of the Bank began and since then we have been in continuous expansion and growth, especially in our technological side. We work in a start-up format, using agile methodologies to take our clients' experience to the next level. In 2019 we launched the Bank in the Netherlands, Germany and Portugal, with others to follow.

We are a flexible and fast adapting team that currently works remotely most of the time using all kinds of communication tools, we haven´t noticed the change!

Mission and responsibilities:

At Openbank we are committed to deliver software that meets or exceeds quality standards. As part of the Appian development team, you are expected to build reliable, flexible and high-performing applications that allow to reach its goals.

The main tasks of this position will be the following:

Analyze, design and implement Appian applications.

Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are built according to the best practices.

Implement data models using DBMS tools for MySQL.

Promote applications to testing and certification environments.

Participate in the technical design of core-components shared by many applications.

Build Appian APIs to allow third-parties to consume the platform services.

Update existing applications and develop patches that enhance its features or solve bugs.

Requisitos

What are we looking for in this position?

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Telecommunications/Computer Engineering.

2 years of previous Appian experience.

Strong knowledge in data modeling and design.

Experience implementing previously designed BPMN flows into Appian.

Knowledge of CICD tools such as GIT, Harness and others.

High communicational skills and good teamwork-oriented profile.

Appian certifications (plus).

Self-driven, proactive, and energetic.

Fluent in English and Spanish.
