Within the Sales Operations Organization, the Customer Experience (CXP) Centre of Excellence (CoE) at HP Inc, designs and implements state of the art Customer and Sales enablement solutions. Enablement in the form of B2B e-Commerce solutions, Lead to Order infrastructure quality and support, Bid and Tender response infrastructure, Customer Contracts management and Operational engagement solutions for HP’s Global Accounts and 3D Print customers.
As a Proposal Management Program Manager, you will define, implement and program manage the solutions, processes and tools to enable the proposal managers, sales and channel partners globally to create proposals for our customers with higher quality and efficiency. You will as well own the governance and Key Performance Indicators cross markets for the COE. You will be responsible for ensuring short, mid and long-term transformation initiatives are aligned to the desired customer experience.
