Business Analyst

  • Promote consistency in the collection, storing, accessing and analysing of data across the organisation.
  • Facilitate communication between business units and Developers
  • Conduct Gap Analysis and Solution Design
  • Creat functional speciifications
  • Align the needs of business units with appropriate technology solutions

    • In-depth knowledge and proven track record of delivery around:

  • Requirements elicitation and creation of business requirement document (BRD)
  • Documenting and modelling of business processes and flows to enable the analysis of business requirements and the development of solutions for the business functions
  • Testing – validation of delivered systems against business requirements
  • Techniques in business analysis e.g. BABOK
  • Microsoft Visio, Excel and Project

    • Desirable Criteria

    Working knowledge of:

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • IT System Integration
