Job Description
We are looking for a Senior HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department to cover a maternity leave (6 -7 months). Our ideal candidate has experience in HR in a multinational company and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
Organize and maintain personnel records
Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity / paternity leave, timetable,…)
Support in preparing HR documents and translation
Revise and translate some company global policies and tools
Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
Manage payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules) to the payroll company and overseeing payroll procedures
Ensuring compliance with all compensation and tax regulations
Follow up on all health and safety related topic with the vendor and ensure legal compliance
Administration and follow up of employee benefits
Support to training programs
Qualifications
Requirements
Bachelor in Human Resources or relevant field
Proven work experience in similar position in a multinational company (minimum 5 years)
Fluent in English
Experience with HR software preferable SAP HCM
Proficient in MS Office specially word, excel and power point
Knowledge of labor laws and health and safety
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills with an ability to prioritize important projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (phone, email and in-person) communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Proactive, problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
Strong ethics and reliability
