Your work-life opportunity:

You'll have the mission to build and manage a sales dream team (both internal and external), continuously training and improving them to reach ambitious goals in a hyper-growing tech startup. You will be leading part of Glovo Sales Team, working closely with the Head of Sales in Italy as well as coordinating with other local and HQ Teams.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Work hard with your team, helping and guiding them during difficult negotiations to close important deals with top chains but also smaller partners
  • Ensure that your team keeps their pipeline updated on a daily basis and always very good vibes
  • Meet monthly team objectives defined by the Head of Sales
  • Support Head of Sales with key performance indicator analysis and by being proactive in identifying areas for improvement for sales team performance
  • Coordinate Sales Plans defined together with the Sales Operation Manager + Marketing team + Key Accounts Sales + Account Management team
  • You have:

  • At least, 3 years of experience in high-performance sales;
  • Mandatory experience in training and managing a sales team;
  • Previous work experience in a startup / high-demanding environment is preferred;
  • Sales hunger is a must! You may never take a no for an answer;
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, strategic thinker, with strong leadership and business fundamentals;
  • Good analytical skills and practical approach in identifying issues and solutions;
  • Familiarity with sales management and reporting tools (eg. Salesforce);
  • Strong communication skills with ability to influence and drive change and ensure a great execution;
  • Professional fluency in English. Knowledge of Spanish is considered a plus!
