In this role, you have the opportunity to

Influence the CT and RadOnc strategy in Iberia (Spain & Portugal) and have visible impact on our business development for CT & RadOnc segments, impacting direct and indirect channels.

You are responsible for:

  • Being is the knowledge expert on product, who supports Account Managers in driving overall business and product deal support by providing clinical and technical expertise on the modality across the accounts.
  • Participating in defining and controlling of the implementation of the business policy, pricing strategy and modality to be sold by the BU in the region, according to established guidelines.
  • Informing and recommending customers the latest technological innovations developed and its associated configurations, including the possible upgrades of the installed base.
  • Assisting AMs with customer presentations specifically focused on the clinical and technical components of the value proposition
  • Supporting the Account managers and District Managers in achievement of business goals.
  • Partnering with Marketing to input on sales tools, pricing issues and competitive threats.
  • Preparing and delivering accurate business forecasting on a monthly basis.
  • Monitoring competition and changes in the industry and providing effective feedback to the sales and marketing organizations that include suggestions for expanding product offerings.
  • Specific Clinical Segment sales and providing clinical, technical and strategic sales support.
  • Biding and tenders’ processes.
  • Defining and developing annual marketing plan, including objectives, strategies and short-term plans as well as to ensure successful implementation.
  • Developing and maintaining contacts with opinion leaders and luminaries in the addressed market.
  • Proposing and executing tactical and strategic local marketing programs to maximize orders and market share for Philips CT & RadOnc products.
  • Working closely with management to identify sales requirements and incremental business opportunities.
  • Managing customer visits to reference sites when needed.
  • Working with Marcom Specialist to optimize new products launches and participate in seminars and trade shows.
  • Perform Application trainings for Customers as part of the project implementations.
  • You are a part of

    CT/AMI/DXR & RT unit for Iberia. You will report to the Modality Sales Leader for Iberia and you join a passionate and dedicated team with an entrepreneurial spirit in which your views will be encouraged, and your growth will be fostered.

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • University degree (Biomedical Engineering or Physics is a plus)
  • Experience in sales and clinical environment within Computed Tomography, Nuclear Medicine and Radiation Oncology
  • Passion and motivation for sales and business challenges
  • Resilience and ability to influence others
  • Leadership, customer orientation, good communication and analytical skill
  • Flexibility to travel across Spain and Portugal
  • Fluent Spanish and English required, Portuguese is a plus.
