Your role and work environment:

You will perform a data analyst role, within the Lending Tribe, in UW team, interacting with the Expert Lead and the underwriters, to ensure  reporting and Data management on a BAU and initiatives basis, and also collaborating with other areas  ( Business, Operations, Risk,  Fraud, Collections) from a Data extraction and analysis perspective.

Your key responsibilities:

• Design, prepare and maintain dashboards and periodic reports for monitoring of indicators, OKR,  KPIs, costs, adaptation of FTEs to production needs.
• Analyze unstructured information
• Extract information for analysis using statistical techniques
• Identify problem areas and process improvements and conduct research in order to define the best solution and the most suitable strategy.
• Prepare ad hoc analysis for decision-making
• Ensure the data quality in cooperation with other Bank teams

What are we looking for?

• Has been working for 2/3 years in areas related to database management and information analysis.
• Fluent in English and having used programming languages like SQL, Python and/or SAS with ease.
• Excel advanced level
• Has had the opportunity to work on the analysis of huge amounts of information, being valuable if it has been done in the field of financial products or risk analysis.
• Wants to challenge the status quo of things, propose different ways of doing things with a passion to improve and leverage efficiency in processes, and with a great analytical vision. Fan of “out of the box” thinking.
• Is an enthusiastic, proactive without fear of making decisions and with negotiation skills.
• Used to present data to different audiences
