We at HP Inc. are developing a new outcome-based solutions business. This person will join the team to manage our segment leads, product marketing and business development teams. She or he will be partnering with the sales, product ownership and customer success teams to define our customer acquisition strategy and manage our solution web sites. She or he will also be responsible to develop our digital marketing plan for each customer segment and implement it in partnership with our corporate PR and Global Marketing teams.
Finally, she or he will be responsible to drive new business development initiatives to generate further demand based on the existing solutions.
Key deliverablesManage our solution web pages and improve customer acquisition experience
Define the digital marketing strategy to drive traffic and reduce customer acquisition cost
Conduct data analytics and generate customer insights to accelerate adoption
Generate and qualify customer leads, as per our sales target requirements
Manage and scale our customer data base (CRM) to improve sales efficiency
Support sales in lead management and funnel velocity improvement
Define our solutions portfolio positioning and key communication drivers
Work with Global Marketing and corporate PR teams to maximize awareness
Develop and implement the digital marketing plan for each of the segments we play in
Engage with brands and reference customers to generate stories & use cases
Develop new business opportunities for current solutions
Proven leadership skills, team builder and talent developer.
Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and e-commerce management
Bachelor's or Master's in Digital Marketing, Product Management or equivalent
Creative, out of the box thinking. Entrepreneurship mentality.
Excellent communication skills (English is a must; additional languages are valued)
Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management, functional disciplines and external customers and partners
Ability to influence and make things happen
Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking.
