Summer Internship - Talent Acquisition at Fut-Ure Recruitment and Technology

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in Barcelona for Summer 2021. We are Fut-Ure Recruitment & Technology, an international headhunting company working with multinational enterprises and startups around Europe to provide them with the top candidates in the IT sector. You will be working closely with a team of Recruitment professionals from whom you will learn new techniques and new organization setups in a fast-growing startup.

Lo que vas a hacer

Tasks:

  • Sourcing and pre-selection of candidates using the company's network (IT, Technical Sales & Engineering Recruitment)
  • Development of new sourcing channels
  • Advertisement of vacancies
  • Qualification of candidates
  • Developing an understanding of the IT, Tech Sales & Engineering market

Qué es lo que pedimos

  • You are currently studying or graduating with a Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT, Human Resources, or Psychology, and looking for a first experience to start your career.
  • You have a big interest in Recruitment, Headhunting and IT.
  • Great communication and organizational skills.
  • You are a self-starter, ambitious, and passionate young professional.
  • Excellent English and Spanish (other EU languages are a big plus!)
  • Experiencia no requerida
  • Debes estar registrado como estudiante
