MISSION / MISIÓN
Wayra´s mission is to connect innovators with Telefónica and generate joint business opportunities. We are the interface between Telefónica and entrepreneurial ecosystems across the globe.
The mission of this role is to provide transversal support to the Wayra Hubs in the follow-up of the FIT and the finance and procurement processes.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES / PRINCIPALES ACTIVIDADES Y RESPONSABILIDADES
FIT BLOCK

- Quarterly reporting of FIT Wayra + Innovation Funds revenues
- Ensuring the quality of the reported data
- Quarterly meetings with each Hub and Monthly follow-up meetings with all the Hubs

FINANCE BLOCK

- Procurement processing
- Registration of suppliers
- Order management (specifications, letter of conditions).
- Management of card payments
- Support for queries raised by suppliers
- WF management
- Payment Proposals, Disbursements, Capital Increases
- Invoice management
- Ariba approvals - group invoices
- Issuing invoices to customers.
- Management and coordination of the Approvals Committee
- Support to queries raised by Management Control.
- Sponsorships area support. Sponsorship committee sheet
- Compliance area support
- Invoice processing
- Management of the area's cecos budget
- Monthly provisions and closing of the cecos
- Closing forecast
- Support in the reporting of financing requests
- Coordination of remuneration of auditing firms for Wayra I+D.
- Follow-up meetings with Gesnext.
- Support to Hubs

PURCHASING BLOCK

- Supervision of Wayra's purchasing regulations with Telefonica Group.
- Creation of the purchase process for startups as Telefonica suppliers.
- Creation and maintenance of startups' databases as suppliers.
- Coordination of the registration of startups as Telefonica suppliers.
- Coordination with purchasing of an invoicing report file for startups in the Telefonica Group.
- Verification of the correct fulfilment of the special conditions for startups.
- Help in the collection of invoices issued by startups with the Telefonica group.
- Support to Wayra Hubs with any doubts regarding purchases with startups.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS / REQUISITOS PARA EL CANDIDATO

Leadership in working with multidisciplinary teams. Result driven and with an independent and autonomous profile. Proactivity.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE / CONOCIMIENTOS TÉCNICO
Understanding of the entrepreneurial ecosystems, general technnical knowledge.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / EXPERIENCIA PROFESIONAL
3+ years performing the functions described in similar projects (project management, commercial areas, strategy, global roles).

LANGUAGES / IDIOMAS
Fluent in English and Spanish, both oral and written. Portuguese is a plus.
