As part of the Personalization & Industrial Business, the Industrial Go-To-Market team is the sales force responsible to bring to the market our amazing portfolio of Indigo a PWI unique solutions, addressing the need of large-scale Print Service Providers globally

The Sales Enablement Center of Excellence team is responsible for building and enhancing the tools and processes  that make possible to materialize the sales activity into revenue, looking at providing the best possible experience to our Sales workforce and enabling effective E2E collaboration between the GBU, Category, Operations and Sales teams on global basis.

We are looking for a Product Owner & Process engineer lead to manage our core solutions.

As Product Owner, you will provide consulting to the busines and drive the engagement with internal and external IT delivery teams, managing resources and priorities to get the best potential outcome for the business users. You will align requirements with IT plans and priorities and facilitate proper business involvement to make them a success, including Identifying opportunities for leverage solutions across organizations and establish effective processes to secure sustainable solutions on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of Tools and Process solutions to cover business needs.
  • Drives business activities required in the design, implementation, and Management of Change linked to the development of Processes and Tools solutions.
  • Analyze and develop business processes for improvement, implements processes/process changes by means of documentation, training, KPI definition, reporting and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Support business stakeholders in gathering, prioritizing, and funneling requirements to build the tools’ roadmap, defines the development POR and manages its execution
  • Innovates and designs best in class functional proposals to cover business requirements minimizing development effort/cost and maximizing user satisfaction
  • Documents requirements for development teams (BRD) and end-user training and communication
  • Manages outsourced development teams to deliver the needed enhancements and support to the tools, maximizing development team productivity and monitoring quality delivered
  • Responsible for testing and move-to-production of tool releases.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with key business and IT leads to secure proper bi-lateral engagement and communication. Influences IT planning based on prioritized business requirements and
  • establishes effective processes to secure effective business-IT engagement
  • Regularly measure business satisfaction with provided tools/processes. Propose and drive improvement activities as needed
  • Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of product or project management experience in IT development or implementations
  • Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset
  • Established background in launching software or services in partnership with IT engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles
  • Experience successfully driving end-to-end delivery of data and intelligence solutions, including a wide variety of mechanisms, e.g. dashboards, APIs, real time alerts, etc.
  • Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen
  • Experience with sales processes, including funneling, quotation and post-sales support processes.
  • Experience in managing stakeholders in cross-function multi-region environment
  • Experience in managing outsourced development partners
  • Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
  • High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
