Onboarding Specialist - Fluent French - London OR Madrid

Vrbo, a world leader in the vacation rental space, is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to activate properties/listings and e-commerce feeds for Property Managers within the French Market.

As part of the EMEA Connectivity Onboarding Team, the Onboarding Specialist owns client projects from discovery through completion. This includes consolidation of accounts, activation of XML feeds and e-commerce, solving problems and training. Activating the software connection for their listings saves time for the Integrated Property Managers (IPMs); they won't need to manually handle their listings on Vrbo. The IPM will feed the data from their software to Vrbo, and the listings will be distributed in Vrbo global sites. We are seeking for a teammate to join our dedicated and positive team!

What you’ll do

  • Work with Property Managers and their Property Management Software Companies to activate listings content and online booking feeds on Vrbo

  • Manage the activation lifecycle from creation to go-live, evaluate accounts and provide recommendations and documentation based on current state with the goal of optimizing client success

  • Advise property managers, ensuring understanding of the processes, translating technical concepts as needed, and helping property managers choose the best path for activation

  • Individually handle IPM related projects, including a consultation program to assist Partner Success teams in best serving client needs, pilot programs when new software integration projects are launched, and product adoption campaigns, as assigned.

  • Communicate updates throughout the project lifespan with clients and internal partners on various teams

  • Track and provide data on key performance indicators related to projects, including timelines and client satisfaction and happiness

  • You will own and participate in strategic initiatives related to Vrbo goals, including helping launch new tools and capabilities in concert with Product and Business Development teams and empowering clients to run their accounts successfully via education and tool adoption

Who you are

  • Fluent in French & English. Additional languages are a plus!

  • Technically minded: You have experience with HTML or XML and excel. Experience with Salesforce.com and with issue-tracking software (JIRA, Rally, etc) is desirable. You'll also be eager to learn multiple internal systems.

  • You have some experience in a project management (certifications considered), client services project management or engagement management position

  • Highly organised: able to successfully lead projects for 20+ clients at varying stages

  • Solutions focussed: dedicated, detailed problem solver who can identify complexities and retain ownership of processes and resolve issues.

  • Communication: Strong interpersonal communication skills and a client-centric approach. Ability to adjust communication for different audiences based on technical experience and provide appropriate training.

  • Adaptable: You're flexible and comfortable with changes to procedure

  • Self-starter; ability to take ownership of tasks, maintaining timelines, keeping partners updated, and coordinating and updating project details
