Retail leading multinational requires an IT SAP SRM Specialist for the European Centre of Excellence (CoE) based in its headquarters in Montcada I Reixac, Barcelona, to provide support at an international level.

Position

The candidate will be responsible for providing professional support at international level. Main responsabilities include:

• Troubleshooting incidents and providing solutions.
• Completing standard requests.
• Customizing.
• User maintenance.
• Transport management.
• Project support (testing)
• Escalation management.
• User support.

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience as project developers or supporters.
• Previous experience in SAP is valuable.
