About the role

Your Opportunity As the Director within Commercial Technology you will be working across two geographical regions in Bacardi to identify, implement and drive adoptions of solutions that meet critical Commercial business objectives. About You 
  • Expert knowledge of digital technologies and significant experience in Commercial Execution & Commercial Planning IT solutions such as Retail execution, SFA, CRM, Menu Printing, Customer Engagement, eCommerce, etc. 
  • Experience implementing SFDC, SalesForce.com. Proven track record in implementing digital transformation initiatives in a multinational company as well as new digital channels and digital tools
  • Hands-on and execution attitude with ability to drive change and make things happen.
  • Experienced leader demonstrating ability to influence challenging stakeholders.
  • Responsibilities

    With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Strategy alignment: Collaborate with Internal Sponsors to define and align the strategy for future tools for the Off-Trade (Retail Execution) globally.
  • Establish and manage the global off-trade program by participating in Program Governance and driving project execution across different workstreams and geographies (Technology areas responsibility)
  • Engage with the various commercial leaders in WEU/EEU to identify the business opportunities and build and align and deliver a commercial joint business plan (JBP) as well as the ongoing support and adoption of the portfolio.
  • Engage and coordinate with internal groups and external vendors for the different aspects of delivery.
  • Plan, Build and Run your solution(s) with Product Owners, Solution Managers, Vendors and Technology Operations.
  • Ensure that business process and change management are delivered consistently with new solutions.
  • Manage communication and alignment with stakeholders, both in and outside Technology.
  • Develop your network, internally and externally.
  • Create lasting beneficial relationships with strategic external partners.
  • Meet or drive down budget allocated to the program and to the change/enhancement request of the solutions

  • Expert knowledge of Digital Technologies such as SFA, CRM, ERP, TPM, Retail Execution.
  • High learning agility, proactive mindset and collaborative leadership style
  • Experience implementing SFDC, Sales Force
  • Proven track record in implementing digital transformation initiatives in a multinational company as well as new digital channels and digital tools
  • Deep understanding and hands- on experience with Agile methodologies
  • Experience with driving and coaching strategic change on enterprise level
  • Experienced leader demonstrating increased levels of responsibility throughout your career
