We are looking for a driven professional to manage supply chain / logistics projects and logistics engineering initiatives. This key individual will support strategy, changes, drives key projects and optimization initiatives in close cooperation with the head SCM departments and in close collaboration with the Project Management Office.

Although capital investment and cost reduction are important, the flexibility of automation solutions and the service and capacity provided to both online customers and retail stores are of key importance in this role. This role will provide innovative automation installations at various degrees of capital investment and complexity allowing us to deliver on our business requirements. In addition to the capital investments business cases, a strong negotiation skills set for managing automation providers on price, maintenance, engineer support and servicing will be required.


  • Project/implementation management, Change management and Optimization initiatives for SCM e.g. onboarding new service partners, change business processes and systems, implement new tools, automation, digitalization
  • Develop timelines for implementation in conjunction with WMS/WCS and blueprint DC lean teams
  • Be the key interface for the automation providers working in conjunction with operations (3PL partners), and a coordinated approach within the DC/DCs
  • Be hands on in delivering quality and on-time projects
  • installation and pre-go live functional testing;
  • validating User requirements are ensure they are met by the throughput and stability tests.
  • Responsibility for preventative and reactive maintenance spec and execution.
  • Analyze supply chain / logistics business, processes, planning, algorithms, data and mathematical optimizations including the use of modelling tools
  • Translate market and customer trends and developments into concrete initiatives
  • Track value creating projects, ROI and total logistics cost approach
  • Drive capability enhancement to improve SC service delivery at lower costs
  • Lead and participate on projects on behalf of SCM
  • Provide training
  • Experienced in applying and supporting EDI implementation.
  • Design and implement sustainability initiatives and lead the way on driving best in class sustainable operations
  • Develop and implement automation solutions including full design and related processes (blueprints, CAD drawings, throughputs, ROI and business case presentation to country boards with the Head of Supply Chain and global function team
  • Be a champion of Health and Safety and doing the right thing
  • Monitor implementation risks and initiate mitigation
  • To be fully Compliant with local, regional and European competition laws
  • Manage clarification of major claims and disputes with automation providers in country
  • Requisitos

  • Bachelor degree in engineering, logistics or business administration with experience in the eCom/OMNI channel
  • Strong understanding of the European Logistics Market especially OMNI channel and eCommerce
  • Fluent in English. Any other language is beneficial
  • Professional in MS Office applications
  • Experience with EDI, SAP, TMS, WMS, Demand planning, fulfilment, modelling systems.
