Senior DevOps Engineer en Madrid

Cognizant Top Employer 2021 is seeking a Subject Matter Expert in DevOps methodologies to give solutions to an important Cognizant client within Life Sciences, this new talent will bring expertise in AWS, CI/CD and will bring a good base in programming, the role interacts with client in Germany, Spain and we are Agile mindset.

Requirements

Experience in scripting (bash,python,etc..)

Proficient in developing/programming (Java, C++, or similar languages)

Experience with deploying and running applications on the AWS cloud.

Proficient with software configuration management tools (GIT or similar tools)

Proficient with creating CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar tools)

Docker Know How and Containerization in general

Experience using/creating build tools (maven, ant, gradle, setup.py, or similar tools)

Excellent customer service attitude, communication skills (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Unix/Linux OS knoweldge

BS in engineering/computer science or equivalent

Nice to Have

Experience in CI/CD with GITLAB

Experience with managing AWS on an enterprise level

Experience with Java and Spring Framework

Experience with relational databases (MySQL or similar)

Experience with infrastructure as code tools (terraform,cloudformation)
