Job Description Summary :

The E-commerce Manager is responsible for developing the e-commerce consulting offer and building relevant partnerships with main local and global e-commerce players for a client portfolio. S/He drives the growth of Havas e-commerce capability by developing the optimal marketing approach, to retail insights/analysis, to consulting on setting up Marketplaces, along with direct to consumer & drive to retail experiences for a client portfolio.

Mission & Responsibilities

  • Embody the e-commerce expertise for your client portfolio; prepare and present e-commerce best practices and case studies
  • Champion Havase-commerce offer – developing e-commerce experience beyond media, including retail support and insights, logistics, content and innovation
  • Take a key role in driving revenue growth 
  • Work closely with data and strategy communities as well as client leadership and specialists’ teams
  • Build and manage relationships with relevant stakeholders and partners to ensure optimized and innovative e-commerce recommendations
  • Develop and present client strategies to meet their ecommerce needs
  • Execute the e-commerce strategy by engaging the right resources and/or implementing the plan
  • Ensure and measure the e-commerce campaign success, by determining key metrics, process of measurement and optimization
  • Ensure client satisfaction
  • Ensure optimal delivery 
  • Take a key role in new business pitches
  • Collaborate with specialists across Havas
  • Engage and leverage partners (vendor services, content creation, logistics, media)
  • Previous Experience & Industry Background

    8+ years professional experience in e-commerce

    E-commerce, Retail, Brand, Advertising

    Qualifications &  Languages:

    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or Advertising

    Languages: English (Advanced)
