Responsibilities
Support on the discovery, analysis and selection of target segments and use cases for rapid expansion.
Data collection, transformation and curation. Maintains up to date databases on prospects, competitors and competitive solutions.
Advanced reporting and dashboarding on Salesforce.
Support on planning and execution of market research activities designed to increase sales growth and expand market share.
Support on innovation programs. Execution co-innovation initiatives with customers.
Maintains customer and competitor research data, executes customer surveys, marketing and customer profiling practices.
Supports in the creation of thought leadership content and marketing assets
Liaises with other departments to ensure a unified approach to customer success.
Position Summary
Supports different Product Marketing and Sales Outbound activities. Owns the central Salesforce Database of prospects and leads, and designs reports and dashboards. Works with Global Product and Sales Managers on various product marketing initiatives including research, sales collateral, prospecting databases and other materials as required. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines is a must.

Education
Degree in Marketing Research, Business Administration or similars. Masters in Marketing and / or Sales Preferred
Salesforce certification will be highly valued
Experience
3 years minimum of Marketing, Product Marketing or Data analyst experience
