ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
This role is part of Supply Chain team and is responsible for daily stock management between distribution centre and logistics suppliers guaranteeing optimum supply and no out-of-stock, manage stock imports, considering sales forecast, current stocks and actual sales, among other tasks.
Reports to: Iberia Supply Chain Manager
Geographic Scope: Iberia
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Ensure stock holdings are in line with stockholding policies and breaches are detected early on, resolved with relevant stakeholders and / or appropriate escalation triggered. Guarantee monthly stock reconciliation between sales and invoices. Work closely with trade marketing teams to guarantee alignment and full support to product launches and Trade marketing field force activities. Be a supply chain business partner for marketing activities such as events / one to one / field visits, understanding the needs and aligning with different stakeholders. Support production planning vs orders and lead times working in collaboration with global supply chain team to ensure right production level on time and full. Ensure implementation of logistics efficiencies and traceability functionalities, created for BAT locations, at a local warehouse level. CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?

University degree. Previous experience in Supply Chain – Operations - Trade marketing role, would be a plus. Proactive attitude. Good analytical and problem-solving skills, at ease with figures. Rigor and autonomy. Ability to work with cross functional teams. Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Excellent command of Spanish (written and spoken). Good knowledge of MS Office. Previous experience with SAP would be a plus. WE ARE BAT
