Job Capsule

Related duties are coordination of ABS QE activities between Client, Auditors, Evaluators and Project Managers to ensure the delivery of an effective service. Incumbent also be responsible for monitoring, developing and controlling ABS QE activities from the operational and financial dimensions. Position also be responsible for coordinating and administering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate scheduling and staffing of projects, ensuring we have properly trained the personnel for the project.
  • Responsible for monitoring progress of the project, relative to actual time expended, fees invoiced, and expenses incurred versus those budgeted.
  • Resolve work related client issues including quality of work and billing.
  • Responsible for monitoring project accounts receivable concerning the owner’s account and working with them to maintain timely payment.
  • Monitors the project to ensure maintenance of quality, content, consistency and continuity of work performed.
  • Promote the services and capabilities of ABS QE to present customers.
  • Maintains files in an orderly and up-to-date manner in areas of responsibility.
  • Other duties as required.
  • Qualifications

    Professional Qualifications

  • University diploma or equivalent, preferably for Engineering or business administration
  • Experience

  • At least 3 years of relative work experience in a clerical or technical support position, or a combination of substantial experience and education.
  • Languages

  • Italian: Required

  • Spanish: Desirable
  • German: Desirable
  • French: Desirable
