We are looking for an HR Manager to join our HR Retail team in our Head Quarters in Madrid.

Reporting to the HRBP Retail, you will be in charge of the EMEA retail network and regional office, supporting them with all HR procedures.

Your role will be:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and strategies that support the success of the retail business
  • Be the person of reference for retail teams in any matter related to HR
  • Support the retail HRBP in the preparation of annual reports, budgets and headcount
  • Manage the recruitment processes for new openings in different geographical areas
  • Contribute to the development and training of retail teams, including managing internal moves and promotions
  • Manage control of contracts, payroll and labor relations, as well as contact with external suppliers related to local needs

    What is important for the role:

  • At least 4 years of experience in HR Retail, ideally fashion-luxury
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Solution oriented and used to multicultural environments are key
  • Fluent Spanish & English is a must
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office specially Excel
