Your Role:
Developing and maintaining frontends, standalone microservices and full-stack web applications that process scientific biological data Working with modern development technologies (Gitlab, CI/CD pipelines, docker container and cloud environment) Using design and coding best practices to build high-quality components and solutions Developing and committing to Team Objectives and Iteration goals Performing within interdisciplinary and agile DevOps team
Your Profile:
Completed degree in Biology, Bioinformatics or Computer Science Experience in Python, and Vue.js or React.js You are familiar with Linux and relational databases Nice to have: understanding of Perl, D3.js and data visualization Proactive person with problem-solving skills and teamwork mentality Good interpersonal communication skills with a high level of English
