Job Purpose
Ensure improvement and simplification of the system (SAP), standardization of all ISC related internal processes & deployment EMEA for P2F Plan. Ensure optimization of the system/development of process flow , understanding the gaps of operations for P2F Plan. Follow up CR s and coordinate regression tests for P2F Plan. Support / guide local teams on requirements and gaps identification both in SAP and in processes (What good looks like / standardization of processes / what is possible) and ensure all are in place for P2F Plan. Develop process coaches network and ensure process coaches are trained and support process coaches for the end user trainings and adjust governance processes to use the new tool reporting and KPI inputs for P2F Plan. Ensure transferability of learnings from one deployment to another one and standardization in the various deployment for P2F Plan. Anticipate risks and issues, propose mitigation actions and escalate when appropriate. Lead the plan and execution of the process definition, onboarding, knowledge transfer and transition activities for P2F Plan. Identify and manage key risks in the transition Ensure transition and management of stakeholders and team members as seamless as possible, Ensure coordination between the different deployment initiatives. Lead team in the deployment and standardization activities to the centralized operating model identify gaps with current process, lead the adjustment of the processes and tools as needed Lead the hypercare and stabilization of the team and processes after the deployment
Experience
University Education with at least 6 years’ experience in FMCG, Paint/Coating or Retail industries Supply Chain Improvement or consulting Working experience in AkzoNobel High level of experience on SAP ECC, Supply Planning, IBP processes, Planning tools, and BI Experience in implementation of SAP Plan governance/processes Experience in interfacing with other SAP stakeholders and other functions Experience in Continuous Improvement project Leverages best in class examples, key expert / key stakeholder input to design the appropriate ISC Planning foundation Leverages business understanding and its requirements in the design of the PRISM Plan project agreed end states/outcomes Presentation skills, make a good first impression and maintain this impression Change management: ability to manage a diverse range of stakeholders Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and communicator, able to listen,
able to handle team tensions Listening skills, able to filter important information from conversation and asking additional questions when required Stress resistance, flexible, problem solving attitude Ability to engage and influence at all levels in the strategic agenda Project Management skills Seen by others as credible, trustworthy, and open to new ideas Focused on results Good problem-solving skills, able to identify and structure issues, run accurate analyses and synthesize recommendations Strong desire to challenge and improve status-quo Fluent in English All qualified applicants will receive
