In collaboration with Development Business Line as PPA Sales Manager - Renewables, your main duties will be
• To develop a new action plan, generating new contacts and incoming requests
• To manage private or public tenders.
• To establish the first contacts with prospects / customers and definition of their needs and agreements with third parties.
• To lead market development and structuring of PPAs for Spanish portfolio of acquired and projects developed.
• To lead the origination of PPAs, prepare commercial and technical offers; lead the commercial negotiations and securing PPAs for each project with Corporate, Utilities, Traders, Communities, Commercial and Industrial customers, etc.. All this with particular emphasis on commercial aspects and on the bankability of the PPA and of the offtaker(s).
• To participate in defining the strategy for valuing electricity produced outside the Regulated Purchasing Tariff.
• To monitor the evolution of the market in terms of consumers, services and offer structure.
We require a technical background, and experience (at least 3 years) in this position within the Spanish Renewable Sector, good corporate PPA experience (structuring, tendering, contracting, and management) and knowledge of the economic and regulatory conditions of energy purchases and sales in the Spanish Market.
As PPA Sales Manager – Renewables Spain, you must be autonomous, organized, resilient under stressful conditions and adverse environment and to know how to communicate with efficiency.
A person fluent in both Spanish and English is a MUST. The position of PPA Sales Manager - Renewables Spain is based in Madrid but you will travel around Spain to the different sites, on a regular basis.
