ABOUT FUTURE TALENT PROGRAMME

Future Talent Programme – technical track is a one-year trainee program to develop your engineering skills and bring you leading technical knowledge in an accelerated way. You will be part of a truly global company with a dynamic, innovative mindset as well as strong roots in a technological environment.

From day 1 you will be delivering results as a true team member and hold a real position. Your manager will plan the content of your programme and support you in your development journey. After the programme finishes you will have gained great experiences to help you continue your exciting career within our company.

What you will do

As MES Engineer you will be a key member of our Project Team and will work globally on various exciting projects together with Global Organizations, pre-project and project team members within the processing and packaging sector. 
In this role, you will gather requirements for technical proposals, will be responsible for system specifications and deployment of advanced MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) applications such as production planning, quality control, traceability, equipment management and data acquisition projects. 
You can learn from experienced MES Engineers about software design and develop a solid understanding of customer needs and their translation practice into advanced MES solutions. Specifically:

Perform high level technical analysis activities, such as requirements gathering and gap analysis 

Review and compile technical documentation 

Provide technical support with respect to Information Solutions 

Work closely with automation engineers, consultants and suppliers to define MES solution architectures and develop detailed design specifications

Help define functional requirements through known industry standards, provide technical concepts

Actively participate in project teams, ensuring that effective relationships are built and maintained internally and externally

Proactively engage with customers to define the overall technical approach for MES solutions

Proactively report on project progress against schedule, budget and objectives

Act as ambassador for Tetra Pak’s Information Solutions 

Who you are

We believe you have:

You have finished recently or are about to finish your Computer Science or Automation Engineering Bachelor or Master Degree (graduation year 2020 or 2021)

Good understanding of MES applications and requirements for Digital Transformation such as Industry 4.0. 

You have a global mindset, dealing with people from different backgrounds and working across borders comes naturally to you

You are a true team player with good communication skills

You are fluent in English
