Job Description

We are looking for a talented business analyst to join our business automation team as part of the operations department in either Madrid or A Coruña. The ideal candidate will have had good experience in organising data, diving into systems to extract insights and working across departments to help with strategic decision making. You will employ a combination of excellent communication skills and technical knowledge and work closely with a global team. Business Automation Analyst
  • Analyse the structure of Denodo, how it uses technology and what its goals are
  • Along with various departments, develop the business requirements leading to writing business cases
  • Understand system capabilities and business requirements, and drive standard & scalable solutions. Anticipate risks and mitigate them before they become serious.
  • Create optimization and monitoring strategies and work with the implementation teams to communicate and develop solutions
  • Be a communication focal point providing coordination for IT/Business Systems projects
  • Identify issues, including through using data modelling techniques
  • Communicate with senior people in organisations to find out what they hope to achieve and how they can achieve it in terms of technology
  • Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research
  • Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies
  • Oversee the implementation of new technology and system
  • Evaluate new tools to cover the organization needs
  • Coordinate systems and departments with their integrated system needs
  • Assist with Business Process Mapping and gap analysis, project scoping, planning, and scheduling
  • Document work using the Denodo’s standards, methods and tools

    Qualifications

    Preferred experience

  • 2 to 5 years experience in working within a team on projects to analyse business requirements and working in multi-departments
  • Working in a CRM, preferably SFDC and experience with peripheral technologies
  • Other systems such as BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), marketing (Marketo, ActOn), PRMs, ERPs (NetSuite, MS Dynamics etc) and HR (SAP SuccessFactors) will be highly regarded and assessed
  • Spreadsheet ninja
  • Nice to have

  • Familiarity with customer lifecycle tools and how they integrate: Marketo, Salesforce and NetSuite
