The role

The Global Resource Manager creates and manages the strategies that the Application Services business unit needs to have the right people, with the right skills at the right time. This person works closely with the HR recruitment team to ensure the continuous flow of people according to the demand of the business. The goal is to always have on time, in all the regions, a world-class team that can deliver the services to our on time.

  • Understand the demand for talent accordingly with the business opportunities and forecast the required people.
  • Create the opening job position for the HR team to recruit.
  • Work closely with the HR team to improve the recruitment and onboarding processes for Application Services.
  • Support the HR team during the recruitment process involving the right people from the delivery team.
  • Work closely with the delivery organization to have a crystal-clear understanding of the required resources and timelines.
  • Embrace the DRM model in order to check the available capacity before opening job positions
  • You will engage with the country delivery teams to enable their delivery capacity. you will hear feedback for opportunities to improve and you will prioritize these improvements for the benefit of all countries.
  • Report progress for resourcing plans.
  • Develop and manage the relationship with potential staff augmentation partners per region.
  • What we need to see from you

  • Ability to effectively lead people including when no direct reporting line exists
  • Effective coordination & collaboration amongst teams
  • Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) C1 English Proficience
  • Mentoring and Coaching
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to achieve buy-in and alignment from both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understanding of IT skills.
  • Knowledge around HR best practices.
  • Understanding of employment law
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience required as a Resourcing Manager or recruitment
