YOUR ROLE
Local Marketing strategy definition: Develops, leads & implements local activity plan for Brand, Trade, Community (Digital, PR, Events) in alignment with local and regional management teams
Coordinates with local Education & Sales teams to achieve targets & increase brand awareness, market penetration & new clients
Creates & keeps alive local brand community movement: motivates hairdressers and advocates to take active part, selection and involvement of End-consumer influencers to push sell-out, Events, in charge of salon POSM client personalization
Leads the successful implementation of new launches to achieve business goals
Result management : analyzes brand performance on weekly/monthly basis.
Local PPS Strategy definition aligned with International and regional.
Coordination with local Marketing & Sales to achieve local targets & increase market penetration & NCA
YOUR SKILLS
3-5 years in similar position, preferably in a multinational company and/or professional HD industry/beauty/fashion industry, preferably within a premium/ market.
Ideally mixed marketing & sales profile.
Competent and experienced in using a wide range of digital platforms incl. Social media.
Confident to manage & steer the implementation of international digital strategy & execution of local digital campaigns
Communication and leadership skills
