EMEA Commercial DBSL en Madrid

Your responsibilities as Danaher Business Systems Leader include: Drive targeted improvement across EMEA Commercial sites. Promote diagnosis of work flow impediments and provide expert counsel on appropriate DBS tools for gaps on performance and coach as needed. Actively assist country leadership in the development of a continuous improvement plans. Ensure successful kaizen events by installing and ensuring compliance to the kaizen process, including planning of kaizens with a dynamic funnel process tied to PD and DM, kaizen execution and sustainment of kaizens. Accommodate the deployment & evolution of VJ Global Functional Playbooks and DBS tools. Directly provide formal and informal DBS training and coaching across locations

Your responsibilities as Danaher Business Systems Leader include:

  • Drive targeted improvement across EMEA Commercial sites.
  • Promote diagnosis of work flow impediments and provide expert counsel on appropriate DBS tools for gaps on performance and coach as needed.
  • Actively assist country leadership in the development of a continuous improvement plans.
  • Ensure successful kaizen events by installing and ensuring compliance to the kaizen process, including planning of kaizens with a dynamic funnel process tied to PD and DM, kaizen execution and sustainment of kaizens.
  • Accommodate the deployment & evolution of VJ Global Functional Playbooks and DBS tools.
  • Directly provide formal and informal DBS training and coaching across locations in EMEA
  • Evaluate and approve Associates for MBB certification.
  • Benchmark and incorporate practices from other Danaher sites.

  • Your experience will include:

  • BS or BA Degree in Business or Engineering required; Master’s Degree preferred;
  • English being mandatory and a 2nd European language would be an advantage;
  • Analytical mind with Hands-on mentality;
  • Proactive demeanor;
  • Strong networker.
