Come join us in our mission of helping people see and understand their data, in this newly created role, where you’ll lead the strategic vision and direction of our Solution Engineering team for our Growth South region.
You’ll work closely with your counterparts in Tableau and Salesforce and the wider leadership team to own and drive the strategy for your region. You’ll guide, advise, and support your team of Managers, and Solution Engineers in strategic deals, sales partnering as well as manage team resourcing, coaching and career planning.
You will work actively with your team to solve difficult problems, and coordinate resources as required.

Leadership: Building, growing and coaching high performing teams and leading change.
Alignment: Ensuring the Presales teams are optimized to meet rapidly evolving business needs.
Revenue: Drive growth, customer success, sales methodology and sales success in support of exceptional quarterly and annual sales achievement. Close business with accounts of all sizes. Develop relationships with key customers. Ensure the team is structured for both proactive and reactive support to customers and prospects.
Planning: Perform analysis and create tracking mechanisms to assess impact of sales consulting Leadership and management of the Presales team including resource management, hiring, mentorship, and performance management

Experienced Leader. An experienced leader who has developed and led managers and individual contributors in the software industry, preferably from a pre-sales/solution engineering perspective or relatable customer facing functions.
Domain. Strong and broad background in the software industry in leading customer facing teams.
Data Driven. A highly passionate data advocate with tons of experience of using data to measure and drive effectiveness;
Achiever. Consistent overachievement of sales goals across a large geographic territory;
Sales Acumen. An inspiring, innovate leader with the ability to deal with high volume transactional business and enterprise sales models;
Solution Seller. A passion for technology and translating that passion into business impact for customers.
People. Proven collaborator and relationship builder up to exec level across multi-departments
Technically Astute. Background in solution engineering, with a passion for technology, and ideally knowledge in some of; Business Intelligence, ETL, Analytics, AI, CRM, Big Data, Data Science, Databases, Data Warehousing and/or Software Architecture.
Communication. Excellent verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills. Excellent presentation abilities and composure in front of all levels of technical and business audiences. Fluency in English, Spanish and/or Italian required.
Adaptable. Used to working in high growth, matrix organisations where you’ve influenced, led and driven change;
Flexibility. To travel as needed and to work flexible hours throughout the sales territory
