  • Skills management and Capacity planning at Allianz Technology had recently been established striving to deliver best in class activities around skills management, skill- based people management models, staffing management and a clear link to Re/Upskilling and Talent strategy.

    Allianz Technology Skills management and Capacity planning team support the business operations to identify business demands/supply, considering digital and market trends, provide real time view on organization capabilities, and manage a distributed skilled workforce with a location strategy. Also, bring deep subject matter expertise in strengthening the capabilities and delivery as an Allianz Group IT service.

    Strategic workforce planning (SWP) is one of the critical business processes to create the future workforce. SWP is an Allianz Group initiative to analyse necessary changes of the workforce over a period of 3-5 years and to identify business critical skills requirements and their impact on the existing/future workforce.

    We are looking for a team member for the SWP area and be mainly responsible for:

    -Design and implement global strategic workforce planning activities for Allianz Technology Group.
    -Lead and coordinate SWP process, prepare and moderate demand drivers discussions, derive insights, measure and action plans out of gap analysis together with business, realize supply simulations and consider different levers to match demand and supply.
    -Coordinate all the data required for the supply and demand calculations, considering all internal and external impacts, and understand workforce disruptions as demographics, technological changes…etc.
    -Track and report activities ensuring key milestones are being met throughout project lifecycle.
    -In accordance with skills management identify critical talent segments and skills demands to input and update our skill architecture.
    -Conduct in-depth research; maintain knowledge in the IT function for new skills/trends using relevant, qualified resources (e.g. external databases, analyst reports, and expert interviews) to provide the relevant and most updated information.
    -Work closely with stakeholders on all levels and with Allianz Group and Technology related teams.


    -Education degree in business administration, computer science, telecommunications, or other engineering/technical related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
    -Work experience in the area of Strategic consultancy, IT Consultancy or IT áreas.
    -General understanding and interest for digital/business technology-
    -Experience with data modelling and data quality
    -Strong analytical and quantitative skills; solid problem solving capabilities.
    -Work experience in an international and Global environment desirable.
    -Process and project Management.
    -Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
    -Ability to communicate effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English.
    -Good proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
