Mission and responsibilities:
You will work alongside other business analysts and report directly to the business product owner. The primary focus of this role is to work on the adaptation and redesign of existing web & app solutions to be implemented in new markets as part of the international expansion of Openbank.
You will create and mould great digital customer experiences, taking into account local regulatory impacts and customer behavior. Your main tasks will include defining detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes and customer journeys, and performing user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to translate difficult concepts to non-technical users.
