Job description

  • Ensure all technical requirements (design criteria) concerning the blade acceptance are translated into understandable and logic documentation

  • Closely cooperate with Engineering, Production and Quality to establish criteria that are reachable and producible

  • Ensure a strong feedback loop from blade suppliers & internal blade manufacturing plants to engineering on defects

  • Validate all defect specification-relevant implementations of the blade suppliers & internal blade manufacturing plants

  • Implement quality improvements at blade suppliers & internal blade manufacturing plants in cooperation with industrial engineering

    • Job requirements

  • Technical background with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or similar
  • Composite (blade) manufacturing experience is a must
  • Technical writing skills preferred
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
  • Ability to work in different business cultures
  • Team player with good communication skills for independent cross-divisional activity
  • Willingness to travel (up to 25%)
