This is a great opportunity to start your career in HP, be part of defining reporting, analyze and support actions and projects that will enable the growth of the Molded Fiber HP business, such as developing funnel reporting, asses on market and customer penetration, drive forecasting processes and supporting our management team in decision making

Key Responsibilities:

Understanding business and operation processes:

• Deep level of understanding on how processes affect information and the IT and Information chain.

• Identify gaps or raise opportunities for process/organizational optimization and influence those.

• Provide business narrative to the different analysis performed by deep understanding of how process impact info.

Drive establishment of reporting and analytics in the end 2 end sales cycles, from funnel to customer penetration, adoption programs and marketing impact, and discounts:

• Identify and map information sources, propose design of forecasting models, DB and Reporting. It should be able to get data from different sources, different formats, data harmonization and automatize processes

• Use advanced tools to build reports and information sharing, with excel, Power BI and SQL or other DB tools. Support with ad hoc reporting needs.

• Identifies cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisions.

Support forecasting models and analyze information to provide management and other stake holders with valuable insight which will influence operations and business decisions:Develop and maintain forecasting model:

• Decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding.

• Proactively communicate and collaborate with the MF team to analyze information needs.

• Support Business plans by solution/service, including expected revenue and profitability by project and customer. Consolidate inputs from multiple functions to enable accurate forecasting

• Influence execution of Cost structure goals and manage cost reduction initiatives. Partner with multiple functions to improve manufacturing planning

• Support current business management with weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting, scorecards and insights for management reviews and clear and compelling communications.

• Participates with cross-functional teams and management to identify and improve overall effectiveness

Requirements:

• BA or BSC mandatory in areas such as IT Eng. Or Industrial Eng/ Statistics.; MBA or MS in related discipline preferred

• Competence in DB programming, such as SQL or VB is preferred.

• Any relevant experience in analytics, process engineering, data base is preferred.

• Typically 0-2 years experience.
