As a Global HR Partner with the Personalization and 3D Business you will partner in driving the people and talent agenda to enable new business incubation and commercialization of disruptive solutions.
As an Experienced HR Business Partner:
You’ll lead all aspects of HR for the global teams you support, driving business change through leadership of the people agenda
You will partner with the leaders to foster a culture of innovation by attracting, developing, and retaining a diverse community of the industry’s most exceptional talent
You’ll provide insights to leadership teams that support development of the strategy and objectives
You’ll establish new HR practices needed for businesses to enable growth and innovation, while leveraging existing leading HR practices
You’ll make it your, and the business leaders you support, priority to know your internal bench and support their growth
You’ll work with talent acquisition in building a strong talent pipeline for future roles and injecting needed external expertise
You’ll coach multiple senior executives on how they can be most effective in their roles
You’ll work with the leaders on the optimal organization structure and design that enables the best business results
You’ll collaborate on complex cross-functional project teams and have access to a bunch of smart peers in the HR function and in the business
You will need to solve complex issues, often without established polices
You’ll work with leaders to create a positive and optimistic employee experience, with a focus on employee engagement, wellbeing, and productivity
You will partner with the business on needed transformation efforts
You will be an active advocate for diversity equity and inclusion, knowing it drives better business outcomes
You will collaborate on pan business, global initiatives – beyond your client group

To land this role, you also need to have some experience:
You have a balance of experience of large global corporations while also working in smaller high growth, start-up/new business incubation and ventures
You will have had progressive career in HR with 12+ years’ experience of which a significant portion spent partnering with executive leaders as HR Business Partner and/ or in HR / OD /OE Management consulting
You would benefit from experience in mergers and acquisitions, and in setting up new business models
You have strong mastery of HR strategy, programs, and process to partner and deliver extraordinary outcomes for employees and business impact
You keep yourself grounded on the strategy and business fundamentals
You are an excellent assessor of and passionate about talent – you know that managing talent requires focus and rigorous leadership and people practices
You have a proven track record of driving business change through the people agenda
You have a track record of helping people and organizations through significant change and coming out the other side better for it.
You have worked with senior leaders to quickly building their trust, so they see you as a business partner and problem solver and act as a mentor and coach who provides sound guidance and perspective

Role will require global travel (post pandemic) as well as need to adapt agenda to work with a globally diverse team across different time zones.
