Hello everybody! Who we are? A small company with 4 employees in the north of Mallorca (Santa Margalida) with further offices in Stuttgart and Zagreb. The company was founded 7 years ago in Germany and now we are expanding our operations. Who are we looking for? We pay attention to you as a person. Certificates and degrees are of secondary importance to us. We must suit you and you have to suit us. Having fun at work and satisfying our customers in the long term (!) is important to us. YOUR JOB:

  • Recruitment of candidates: Telephone acquisition and qualification of candidates
  • As the central point of contact, you are responsible for setting up your own customer and candidate network
  • You understand which positions should be filled in the company and deliver suitable candidates
  • You negotiate with managers and candidates from national and international companies
