Key responsibilities:
We are seeking for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our team as a Social Media Experience Product Intern: The Social Media Experience Product Intern will help and support the following activities:

• Create and manage Customer Support Solution Campaigns in Social Media Channels to attract users and followers;

• Collaborate with internal and external resources in acquiring information to support Customer obsession efforts;

• Listen and research industrial trends to generate improvement ideas of Social Media presence complexity;

Requirements:

• Currently studying at Master degree in Marketing, Public Relationship, Business Administration

• Familiar with account and content management of Social Media Channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.

• English Advanced level or equivalent

• Strong Communication skills (especially cross-cultural communication);

• Analytical and problem solving skills;

• Ability to work in a multi-national virtual team and to be flexible;

• Knowledge of Social Media management Tools (Social Listening & responses) and/or datasheet Software (excel a access) would be preferred
