You will work with a wide variety of advertisers delivering the optimal level of service to each client. You will play a vital role in supporting Criteo’s Mid-Market Accelerate growth as the first point of contact.

What will you be doing :

  • Customer Success :
  • Deliver excellent customer service through e-mail and possibly phone call
  • Answer clients first enquiries efficiently and escalate any need/issues to the relevant team
  • Actively promote & educate clients on all the support and tools that are available 
  • Maintain high client satisfaction while upholding appropriate service level 
  • Gain a full understanding of Criteo’s product suite, in order to streamline communication around products to our customers 
  • Increase clients’ awareness and knowledge about Criteo
  • Tracking & reporting :
  • Weekly tracking of your activity
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information (changes in contact, billing method, KPIs of performance, activity recording..)
  • Evaluation of the systems' problems to recommend enhancements

  • Who you are :

  • Business fluency in German & English
  • Exceptional Customer care skills - ability to listen to and understand customers' need
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Capacity to explain things simply and demonstrate value to clients
  • At ease to work on different platforms and tools (Excel/Salesforce/internal platforms)
  • Ability to work and deliver strong results in a dynamic environment
  • PLUS : first customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
