Your future crew

You will be part of the talent management side of our HR Team, consisting of 5 people. Besides recruiting and taking care of our existing employees, the HR team loves food and is also always keen on spending time together in their free time. From trying new restaurants & cafés to theatre visits, they are open for any kind of activity!

Your role in this journey

You will own the entire recruiting process and experience for the teams you partner with.

You will build a strong candidate pipeline via active sourcing, job postings, referrals, etc.

You will provide HR Business Partner support including onboarding, performance management and development.

You will play an active part in employer branding activities (career fairs, meetups...).

You will identify and realize projects to further improve our company processes and employee satisfaction.

You will mentor and coach younger team members and act as a role model.

Your backpack is filled with

5+ years experience in HR & Recruiting.

A university degree, ideally in Business Administration, Psychology or related.

Demonstrated excellence in academic, professional or extracurricular activities.

An analytical mindset and structured work style.

Strong communication skills and ability to influence.

Very good English skills; German skills are a plus.
