YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This role offers a suitably qualified and experienced candidate the opportunity to join the HR organization at the heart of a leading company. Reporting to the Head of HROP, you will provide support un HR Administration and Learning & Training.

  • Payroll and Social Security process knowlledge
  • Learning and Training management skills.
  • Compile reports and prepare information to different stakeholders.
  • Manage purchasing orders, invoicing process and monthly accruals
  • Lead specific HR projects and collaborate in cross functional projects as HR representative.
  • WHO YOU ARE

  • Degree in Administration, Economics, HR or relative field.
  • Experience in HR, SAP.
  • Three years of HR administration experience in multinational environment.
  • In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • A High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, multi-tasking, proactive planning, persistence and diplomacy are required.
  • A high degree of discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside.
