YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This role offers a suitably qualified and experienced candidate the opportunity to join the HR organization at the heart of a leading company. Reporting to the Head of HROP, you will provide support un HR Administration and Learning & Training.
Payroll and Social Security process knowlledge Learning and Training management skills. Compile reports and prepare information to different stakeholders. Manage purchasing orders, invoicing process and monthly accruals Lead specific HR projects and collaborate in cross functional projects as HR representative.
WHO YOU ARE
Degree in Administration, Economics, HR or relative field. Experience in HR, SAP. Three years of HR administration experience in multinational environment. In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English. A High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, multi-tasking, proactive planning, persistence and diplomacy are required. A high degree of discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside.
