Company

Our company requires a SAP FICO Support specialist for the European Centre of Excellence (CoE) based in its Headquarters in Barcelona province, to provide support at an international level.

Position

The candidate for this position will be responsible for providing professional support at international level for different areas in the SAP FICO modules.

Main Responsabilities

• Incident management.
• Customizing.
• Reporting.
• Project support.
• Escalation management.
• Keyuser support (documentation, trainings, support via FiCo hotline).

Salary

To negotiate depending on profile and experience.

Requirements

• Experience in IT support (1st/2nd/3rd level).
• Very nice to have experience in FICO or other SAP module.
• Advanced level of German (written and spoken)
• Advanced level of English (written and spoken)

Education

Technical background/ education/ IT knowledge

Skills

• Team player.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new topics.
