Our Captio business unit is looking for talented, experienced and enthusiastic software Solutions Consultants to assist in the growth of Captio by providing the sales team with demonstration and technical product support. The ideal candidate will have a background in selling, supporting or implementing financial-oriented technology solutions to mid-to-large sized companies. This position requires the ability to effectively communicate with Finance, Accounts Payable and Travel professionals through individual conversations, group presentations and product demonstrations.

What you'll do:

  • Effectively demonstrate all of Captio's solutions and services – in person or remotely
  • Adequately prepare to deliver solution demonstrations by understanding prospect requirements and aligning them with Captio's best practices demonstration flow
  • Strategize with sales team members to identify the most effective approach that will result in the prospect preferring and buying from Captio versus the competition
  • Provide strong technical understanding of our product with the ability to discuss product architecture, security and integration
  • Provide occasional RFP assistance regarding product functionality and technical accuracy
  • Understand competitive solutions and help maximize competitive differentiation
  • Suggest demonstration and product improvement ideas
  • Assist at trade shows, user conferences, and sales meetings as required
  • What we're looking for:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 3-5 years experience in selling, supporting or implementing SaaS solutions
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate financial business solutions
  • Knowledge of expense reporting and accounts payable invoicing preferred
  • Experience and training specific to software demonstration
  • Technical acumen and the ability to lead technical discussions
  • Able to work 100% from a home office while travel restrictions are in place
  • Available for extensive travel, short trips usually two to three days duration, after travel restrictions end
  • Someone who builds effective relationships with co-workers and customers
  • A curiousity and willingness to ask deeper questions
  • Great presentation skills in both written and spoken formats
  • Someone who takes owns the completion of their assignments and delivers exceptional results on time
